To ensure that all articles published in the Journal of Solar Energy Research (JSER) are freely accessible without restriction, a publication fee is applied only to manuscripts that have successfully passed peer review and received final acceptance. This contribution is directed toward:

• Managing the review and editorial workflow
• Professional preparation of text, figures, and equations
• Designing the final layout and producing multiple formats for online use
• Maintaining permanent online access and long-term archiving
• Day-to-day operation and development of the journal platform

Articles that are rejected at any stage do not incur any charges. Likewise, the amount is independent of article length, number of graphics, or supplementary content. Certain categories, such as editorial notes, commentaries, or corrections, are processed free of charge.

For authors who prefer offline or bank transfer payments, proof of payment should be uploaded directly through the payment panel of their account on the journal website.
